What can I bring to Your Project?

Film Scoring

With experience in film scoring, I understand the power that music can have in bringing a visual story to life. I have composed music for a short student film, 'Last Time,' directed by Mengting Gong, and re-scored a scene from the classic silent movie, 'A Trip to the Moon,' by Georges Méliès. I have also honed my skills at the Film Scoring Academy of Europe. When approaching visual material, I am dedicated to crafting music that not only fits the mood and tone of the project but also enhances its overall context, paying close attention to every detail to ensure that the music serves as an integral part of the storytelling experience.

Music Theatre

Originally a songwriter and a show choir performer, I have a skin-tight relationship with music that has its place on stage. My collection consists of over 40 pieces, and some of my songwriting works have also been performed by other artists and ensembles. But most importantly my experience includes writing the musical 'Hlubina,' which was succesfully performed in 2020. With a show choir, a live strings ensemble, and a whole support team in the backstage coming together for this project, I tasted all the perks and hardships of conducting a bigger scale event.

Classical Music

My experience with classical composition and music arrangement helps me to seamlessly craft any simple idea into a cohesive ensemble piece. A voice and a guitar, a SATB choir, a tuned percussion band, a symphony orchestra… you name it! My style is heavily influenced by my background in Moravian folklore music, years of songwriting, and my love for a good soundtrack. I strive to incorporate these influences into my compositions, creating a trademark sound that is melodic and cinematic, with a touch of folklore influence. However, I am committed to avoiding clichés and strive to create music that is both unique and fresh.
